This online jewelry boutique was created for my daugher, Shelise, when she was ten years-old. Her favorite past-time was (and continues to be!) shopping for crystals and other pretty trinkets. She’s a bit older now, but when she initially shared that she wanted to start a business of her own and when asked why she wanted to sell these particular products — simply stated — she wants to sell things that make people happy.
Shelise greatly enjoys making bracelets and hates when things tarnish, so the metals she uses in her bracelets are 14K to 18K gold-plated to ensure longevity of the item.

Our goal is to provide quality products to uplift, encourage, and inspire. Our jewelry findings are gold-plated (14K to 18K variations) and include quality charms meant to spark feelings of happiness and good vibes.Â
Nothing saddens Shelise more than if she loses/breaks an item immediately after purchase (she’s only 10 and this happens quite often lol).  This has inspired our replacement offer. If your item is lost or damaged within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. (Note: if the item is no longer available, we will find a replacement of equal value.) Complete the form on our contact page and include your purchase date, name, and description of item. We’ll be in contact within 48 business hours to begin the process.Â
Our ‘Energy’ page features natural minerals and crystals to help balance your life. Some of our favs are amazonite for luck/success; lapis lazuli and tiger’s eye for strength and courage; and many more! Each product description will provide a brief overview of the associated benefits. Â
Our ‘Inspire’ page includes positive affirmation charms as well as other sayings to help uplift and encourage us throughout our daily activities. Â

Return/Refund Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase with original tags intact. Please use our Contact Form, email us at customerservice@ikezojewelry.com, or call/text us
at 808.936.8913 to begin the process.
Free Shipping
Shipping will always be free through USPS. Normally you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. If your order is placed before 8PM Hawaii Time, your order will ship the same day and you will
receive an email after 10PM Hawaii Time with your tracking number.
We regrettably are unable to do in-person delivery / "meet-ups" at this time and we thank you for your understanding.
